These Terms of Service govern access to the Vögele website at vogeleus.com and related inquiry forms. By using this site you agree to the conditions below. If you are contracting for equipment supply, the commercial quotation and purchase order terms prevail over this page.

1. Informational use

Product descriptions, screed width ranges, paving-speed envelopes and lead-time estimates are published for general guidance. Final specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation referencing machine serial configuration and applicable emission stage.

2. Inquiries and quotations

Submitting an inquiry through our forms does not create a binding purchase contract. Vögele or its authorised distributors may request additional jobsite data before issuing a priced offer. Quoted prices exclude duties, inland transport and commissioning unless expressly listed.

3. Intellectual property

Trademarks, drawings, photographs and text on this site remain the property of Vögele or its licensors. You may not copy technical drawings or reuse marketing assets without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse inquiry forms, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or upload malicious files. We may refuse or delete submissions that appear automated, fraudulent or unrelated to asphalt paving equipment procurement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vögele is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, including reliance on unpublished draft specifications. Equipment warranties are stated only in the applicable sales contract.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your sales contract, or otherwise by the laws of the seller’s principal place of business.
